Kitchen Remodeling in Lancaster, PA by a 20-Year Local Team

Amos Lapp grew up Amish and founded ALL Renovation & Design in 2006. His designers, cabinetmakers and carpenters settle every selection before the first wall comes down.

A Manheim crew that listens before it builds

ALL Renovation & Design has handled kitchen remodeling in Lancaster, PA and across southcentral Pennsylvania since 2006. The office is on Penryn Road in Manheim, and the same team takes on baths, basements, additions and outdoor kitchens.

Founder Amos Lapp built the company on the careful detail work he learned growing up in an Amish family.

The method is plain. Cabinets, tile and fixtures are all chosen before demolition, so the crew never stalls waiting on a decision.

You then sign a written Project Plan that lists your start date, expected length and final cost. Past clients say they felt heard, and one Lititz couple just finished their fourth project with the firm.

Kitchen Remodeling

Many older homes here have cramped, dated kitchens. The team moves or removes walls, builds custom cabinetry, adds islands, sinks and new counters, and replaces flooring and appliances. Recent kitchens went into homes in Hershey, Hummelstown, Lititz, Manheim and Lancaster.

Bathroom Remodeling

Tile floors, custom tile showers, new cabinetry and his-and-her sinks are all routine work. The crew can swap an old tub for a walk-in shower or turn a closet or attic corner into a new bath. Recent baths were finished in Lititz, Lebanon, Manheim and Red Lion.

Basement Finishing

An unfinished lower level can become an in-law suite, a home office or a place to host friends. One basement in Lititz was built for entertaining, with a U-shaped bar, farm sink, ice machine and custom quartz and granite counters.

Home Additions

When the house is simply too small, the team designs bedroom suites, bathroom additions, kitchen extensions, sunrooms, in-law suites and second stories. Each addition is planned to blend with the rooms you already have, whether the job is a small bump-out or a large expansion.

Outdoor Kitchens and Patios

Stamped concrete patios, pergolas, stone retaining walls and outdoor kitchens move family meals into the yard. One Lancaster project paired a hardscaped patio and outdoor kitchen with a four-seasons room. Planning starts with the same phone call as any indoor job.

Four reasons clients hire ALL again and again

01

Workmanship covered for up to 10 years

ALL guarantees its workmanship against defects for up to 10 years from the date the work is done. If a problem shows up in work they completed, the team comes back to fix it.

02

Every choice made before demolition

You pick finishes with a designer in the ALL showroom, at a vendor showroom or in your own home. Permits and zoning start during design, so issues come up early instead of mid-build.

03

You hear from the crew twice a day

During construction the team checks in at least twice a day with progress and the plan for tomorrow. Work areas are closed off, with temporary walls when needed, to protect the rest of the house.

Clients keep coming back

Liz H. calls her latest job the fourth renovation with the firm. Deb and Hal T. finished three projects with ALL: a primary bathroom, a kitchen and an outdoor entertainment area.

Meet Amos Lapp, founder of ALL Renovation & Design

Amos Lapp founded ALL Renovation & Design LLC in 2006 with one goal: to serve clients through a high level of craftsmanship in every area of construction and remodeling. He comes from an Amish background and still enjoys the hard work and small details that bring a project to life.

Longtime client George S. remembers when Amos was a one-man team. Today the company has its own designers, cabinetmakers, carpenters and finishers, and clients often name them in reviews, from designer Ronda to carpenter Mike P. The firm marked its 20th year with a press release in 2026.

How a project moves from phone call to final walkthrough

  1. 01

    Phone conversation

A 10 to 20 minute call covers your plans, goals and budget. If the fit looks right on both sides, the team books a visit to your home.

  2. 02

    In-home consultation

Staff walk the house, take measurements and check for structural limits. If scope, budget and timeline line up, you get a preliminary concept with a realistic budget.

  3. 03

    Design agreement and Project Plan

A signed design agreement and a small non-refundable payment start design and permits. The Project Plan then lists every selection, the start date, duration and final cost.

  4. 04

    Construction

The crew seals off the work area and keeps the rest of your home livable. Expect updates at least twice a day on progress and the next day's work.

  5. 05

    Final walkthrough

You walk the finished space together with the team. If anything is not right, staff are called in to fix it on the spot.

We've indeed been blessed to have found Amos, and his team, at ALL Renovations & Design. "Famous Amos", as I address him, was a 'one man team' when we first contracted with him to completely renovate our master bathroom. Our 58 year old split level home, located on the outskirts of Reading, has been upgraded on every level, from the top of the chimney to the old basement six levels below (and the attached garage). Their Quality Craftsmanship, fair pricing, dependable follow-up (if necessary) & honest Team Oriented employees rate an A+++. Highly recommended!

Common questions before a Lancaster County remodel

Is your estimate free?

The first three steps cost nothing: a phone conversation, an in-home consultation and a preliminary estimate or solution for your project. ALL prefers this to a quick free quote because it gives a more accurate cost, so the number does not jump later. Full design work starts with a signed design agreement and a small non-refundable payment.

What warranty comes with the work?

ALL guarantees its workmanship against defects for up to 10 years from the date the work is performed. If you run into a problem with work the team completed, they will come back and fix it. Ask during your consultation how the guarantee applies to your specific project.

How long will my remodel take?

Real remodels take weeks, not the hour you see on a TV show. The most common planning mistake ALL sees is expecting too short a timeline. Your written Project Plan states the start date and expected duration, and because every selection is made before construction, the crew is not held up waiting on choices.

When is the best time of year to start?

The best time is whenever the work disrupts your life the least. Winter suits interior jobs like kitchens and baths because they do not depend on weather. For an addition, spring or late summer into fall works well. The team has scheduled around teachers who wanted work done in summer.

Where do I pick out cabinets, tile and fixtures?

A designer walks you through selections in the ALL showroom, at a vendor's showroom or in your home. Reviewers often mention designer Ronda's help with lighting and finishes. Everything is chosen and written into the Project Plan before construction begins, along with colors, allowances and final costs.
